This is an original Elisabet style ring in sterling silver with a 10k yellow gold top setting. It holds a 1.77ct natural black diamond and has natural pink sapphires on the sides. Natural black diamonds are not fully opaque and can have blemishes to them that show you that they're beautiful and from the Earth.
