CREMAGEM is a way to carry your loved one with you in a form that feels beautiful, personal, and wearable. We carefully infuse cremains into glass, then cut each piece like a traditional gemstone. The result is a one-of-a-kind memorial gem that can be set into rings, necklaces, or other custom jewelry.

Memorial gems, jewelry, and our collection kit

We carefully infuse a small amount of cremains into glass to create one-of-a-kind memorial gems. From there, we can have your gems expertly cut into pear, marquise, oval, heart, or round shapes and can finish setting jewelry for you in house or connect you with trusted jewelers who turn them into finished rings, necklaces, or custom designs that fit your style and budget.

To make the process simple and safe, we provide a CREMAGEM Collection Kit that can be mailed directly to you or picked up from a participating retail partner.

How it works

Step 1 – Share your story

• Tell us who you’re honoring and what you’re imagining—a ring, necklace, or keepsakes for family. We’ll help you choose shapes, sizes, and colors that feel right.

Step 2 – Send cremains with your Collection Kit

• Using the CREMAGEM Collection Kit, you’ll send a very small amount of cremains (about one small scoop, roughly 1ml). Any unused cremains are returned to you.

Step 3 – Creating your glass gems

• In our studio, we infuse the cremains into molten glass. As the glass cools, the cremains form unique patterns—no two pieces ever look the same.

Step 4 – Cutting and finishing

• Your glass is cut into classic gemstone shapes like pear, marquise, oval, heart, or round. We then connect you with trusted jewelers who can set your CREMAGEM stones into finished jewelry.

Step 5 – Receiving your memorial jewelry

• Most orders are completed in about 6 weeks from when we receive your cremains. Your finished pieces are packaged with care and shipped to you, along with any unused cremains.
